CANCELLATION POLICY

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with 72 hours notice ONE TIME. Due to the nature of this service, there’s proper pre care instructions to be followed therefore makes it impossible to fill a slot last minute. You are financially responsible for the time reserved when you book. Deposits are non refundable after the 72 hour timeline. Otherwise will be applied toward future appointments booked. Sick Policy: If you are sick, and can provide a doctors note time stamped 50% of the reservation will be applied to your future pre booked appointment. Non-PMU Services (Brow/Lash Appointments): For brow and lash appointments, please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service, and no-shows will be charged in full. Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled service, you will be charged the full appointment fee and will be required to re book with a $100 deposit, again. Cancellations after 72 hour window will be charged 50% of the service. No shows: You will be charged 100% of your appointment, and will need to pay in full for your future services booked beforehand.
